As Chief Executive Officer, I am delighted to welcome you to RAISE Education Trust, a family of schools dedicated to serving the vibrant communities of Hedge End and Botley in South Hampshire.
Our Trust firmly believes that education is a collaborative effort involving teachers, parents, and students. Together, we create a nurturing and inspiring environment where children can thrive academically, socially, and personally. This collaborative spirit is beautifully captured in the words of Ryunosuke Satoro: “Individually we are one drop; but together we are an ocean.”
Working in partnership within a strong Trust that shares a unified vision is essential for growth and sustainability. By embracing mutual collaboration and sharing best practices, we significantly increase opportunities and experiences for both our students and staff. This approach ensures that every member of our community benefits from the collective strength and wisdom of our Trust. As Henry Ford wisely noted, “If everyone is moving forward together, then success takes care of itself.”
We recognize that high-quality staff make a real difference in student outcomes. Therefore, we are committed to fostering a culture of continual professional development at all levels. Additionally, we prioritise a balanced workload and the wellbeing of all colleagues across the Trust. This commitment ensures that our educators are well-supported and equipped to provide the best possible education to our students.
At RAISE Education Trust, we value each of our academies as unique organisations that reflect the needs of their students and the communities they serve. While we foster strong local identities, we also encourage schools to grow and evolve within an environment characterised by resilience, ambition, integrity, sustainability, and excellence.
Our core offer is not a ‘one size fits all’ solution. Instead, we provide a bespoke package tailored to meet the individual needs of each school, maximising its overall effectiveness, including financial stability and sound leadership and governance. We believe that by addressing the specific needs of each academy, we can ensure that they operate at their highest potential.
We are dedicated to ensuring that excellence permeates every aspect of our Trust. We work together to equip both students and staff with the tools, skills, and knowledge they need to be their very best. Our aim is to create learning communities where excellence is the norm, and every individual is supported to achieve their full potential.
As CEO, I am incredibly proud to lead such an innovative, passionate, and caring family of schools. I warmly welcome everyone to visit and experience firsthand the wonderful learning communities that exist within our Trust. Our commitment to excellence, collaboration, and personalised support is evident in everything we do, and I am confident that you will see the positive impact of our efforts on the students and staff we serve.

I am delighted to welcome you to Boorley Park Primary School; a warm, friendly and vibrant school community which places children at the heart of everything we do.
Throughout their time with us, children are provided with inspiring learning experiences, which ignite passions, promote diversity and inclusion and support children in being active participants who take moral responsibility in society and the local community.
Staff deliver high levels of care and commitment to ensuring quality outcomes for children, morally, emotionally, socially and academically. Children enjoy the wide range of practical and creative experiences on offer throughout their time at Boorley, set in an environment which supports and meets their individual needs.
We strive to ensure children develop a love of learning through enquiry and discovery based approaches where pupils are required to work collaboratively to problem solve, construct ideas and think deeply. Children acquire moral responsibility and understand the contribution they can make to the world around them through our nurturing approach. Engagement in experiences which foster knowledge and skills that enable children to make a positive contribution helps children develop strategies to look after themselves, others and the world we live in.
Our local community is an important part of school life. We work closely to establish links which benefit the children and wider people who live within the community. This includes spreading kindness out in the community, welcoming the community to the school for events and ensuring that everyone feels safe and able to thrive.
The school’s vision and values of Inspiring Minds, Nurturing Futures and Strengthening Community is central to everything we do to ensure the best possible outcomes for each of the children at Boorley.
We look forward to welcoming you to our school.
